Gianluigi Buffon, the Italy National Team and Juventus goalkeeper made a flying visit to Malta to participate in the 60 hour football marathon organised by the Puttinu Cares Children Cancer Support Group to raise funds to alleviate the hardships faced by the children and their families when travelling abroad for treatment.
Juventus FC have arrived in Malta onboard an AirMalta chartered flight from Torino, Italy for a 5 day training Camp including a friendly match against current local Premier League leaders Valletta which is being played at the National Stadium on Wednesday 9th January 2008 at 8pm.

All migrants looked in good health even though they had left Libya on Sunday in a rubberdinghy which capsized with the weight.
