*Music may creep you out. It kicks in about 34 seconds in. This is basically me with the ripper, killing random stuff. It shows how long to kill many things. It also shows me epic-mode at the end.
Ok, I was sloppy in the video so better detail here:
Kill the camera if one is nearby. Then damage the barricade down to a reasonable amount. Start leaving the room, and summon Odesa Strain parasites beforehand, get whatever distance you like away from it, and kill the barricade. Watch out for their expiration time though!

Before the glitch got fixed, I experimented a bit with it. (The glitch was that you could put human items into an unused AI body, kill yourself, and revive yourself in that body.) I put a ripper suit in, went over and grabbed damage upgrades and well.. you can see.

Demonstrating a glitch, it's a double-edged sword in using it though. If you max it out to a 450 damage, you lose 450 health momentarily, so if you lose even 50 health its a guaranteed suicide, and you could be killed in that small second or so you're draining the hp.
