I made this to legally (in Oregon at least) be able to go across town for very little gas money. Oregon says "2 or 3 wheels are allowed, a seat for the driver, no passengers and "NO MORE THAN 35cc engine" that cannot exceed 24mph. it can only be driven in a bike lane or on streets that are posted 25mph or less. You cannot exceed 15mph when on those streets.
