Shana and Allison take part in a short but intense bout of tabata squats. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The kicker to bottom to bottom squats is that during your rest period you hold the bottom of the squat. Have fun and try to keep good form.
The prescribed workout called for 5 reps of Bodyweight Overhead Squats and 5 reps of Pullups using a 50lb. dumbbell for as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible. I weigh 155lbs. so I used 90kilos (154lbs.) on the OH squat and I scaled the pullups to a 40lb. dumbbell. Total rounds completed - 9
