Bead Village in Ghana, West Africa
This was taken while I was living in Ghana. My family and I visited a local bead village, where our guide discussed the use of 'belly beads' in Ghanaian culture, we saw the tradtional mud oven used to cook the bead palettes, and we saw a variety of finished beads.

Ritual Bull Sacrifice in Cape Coast, Ghana [GRAPHIC]
This video was taken directly after a bull was sacrificed in a traditional ritual festival. The priest is scooping up the spilt blood and putting it on the roots of the tree that represents the spirits of seventy-seven ancestors.
Bead Village in Ghana, West Africa 2
This was taken while I was living in Ghana. My family and I visited a local bead village, where our guide showed up how the beads are made of crushed up glass and put into round palettes then cooked in a traditional mud oven.
