Is it dieing? Notice the random flickering on the green screen (most evident at the start of the movie and again at around 50 secs). Note this isnt lighting/camera causing this effect. It's sitting here flickering still as i type. Not to mention when it halts playing audio for half a second randomly/intermitten tly. I am very confused.

Here's a problem I've been having with my MOTU UltraLite. Sometimes, it decides to distort the output, and when there's nothing playing, you hear loud clicks and pops. All the while, the outputs are going nuts.
It's a very high quality sound card, but I believe there's something in my Dell laptop that doesn't play nice with its FireWire drivers.
