Dayton City Code requires that vacant property be boarded and color matched to the structure. The simple reasoning for this is to make the vacant home look like it is not boarded up to improve the overall "look" of the neighborhood.
With the foreclosure crisis upon us, it is now very important to enforce this code.
My Mom had always dreamed of seeing India. Her girls took her in 2006. She passed away several months later, but had the time of her life on this trip. I am so glad that we had the opportunity to share India with her.

2007 Mediterranean Cruise on board the Veendam with Olivia. Routes included Italy, Greece, Turkey and Croatia. Venice was by far one of our favorite sites follwed by Santorini and Mykonos...just an island kinda girl I guess.....
Stivers School rehab vs. new construction. New construction sections look like prison. Rehabs can be done to 21st Century technology and retain chatacter, history and community ties at a cost that is less than new construction. This is Dayton's first rehab school, though most Ohio cities have already done many rehabs rather than new construction. Please save our schools !
