Is agnosticism a viable philsophical position? Is it even possible to be 'undecided' on the existence of god?

A logical (to me) interpretation of a passage in the Bible that is my way of rationalising that kinda stuff. Remember, this is in my humble opinion only - something I'm entitled to and is in no way meant to be anything other than that. As I said I'm 99/1%!
