Rapidly rotating wall cloud encountered around 6 p.m. on 4/11/07 near mile marker 30 on I-70 east of Terre Haute, IN. Just after I got this video, a tornado warning was issued for this storm. Despite the strong rotation, no tornado touched down, though the storm did produce 3/4 inch hail in a couple locations
