This is a "Deleted" scene from X2 that was originally for the second scene in the movie when Logan goes to Alkali Lake. These storyboards I got from a storyboard website.

This is the music from the Bell Tower sequence in Spider-Man 3 when Peter Parker gets the black suite ripped off of him and we see Eddie Brock gets it!
This is the film version for The Train Sequemce music composed by Christopher Young. I much prefer this version either than the origina version written by Danny Elfman.
This is the scene after Spider-Man falls into the alley and later goes to his doctor and we see him talking to Uncle Ben. The music in the scene in quite sad but yet you know whats happening in Peter's life as he decides to quite being Spider-Man and throws his costume out in the trash.
Thankfully, there isn't one second missing in the Final cut.
This the film version for the Bank/Saving May sequence! The end of the Bank scene was edited to the Train Version and Saving May wasn't too highly edited or rejcted except the very few seconds in the beginning and when Doc Ock & Spidey are falling. The rest of the score is excactly as is.
This score is to the scenes when Sandman confesses and tells Peter what really happened when Uncle Ben got shoT. This also includes the score to when Harry dies and we see Peter and MJ at his funeral.

For this scene also the music was edited in the beginning. The music was cut from the material from the first spidey film. "Getting Through".
Its hard to say (To me) which version works better, but I like both versions.
For this scene the film version includes music cues from the first film. Raimi rejected all of the original material and re-edited it with:
Alone, Getting Through.
And the scene with Peter on the roof before he jumps and lands onto a car is re-edited with: Main Titles, To The Rescue. I prefer both original and the film version edit for these scenes.
